PewDiePie’s Pixelings’s update 1.2.0 is now live! Travel to Slumberland, World 3, meet new Pixelings, and reap rewards from the new Guild Chests feature!
The update also brings with it a slew of bug fixes, balancing changes, and quality of life improvements.
New Content:
World 3: Slumberland
- 8 New Pixelings
- 3 New Spells
- New Guild feature: Guild Chests
- 2 Guild Chest per week to unlock (1st: every Monday-Thursday; 2nd: every Thursday-Sunday)
- Defeat enemy Pixelings in PvP matches (ranked AND unranked) to accumulate points and help your guild unlock the chest
- Level up your Guild Chest up to 10 times to gain better rewards (more Bux and Pixel Coins, and rarer Pixelings)
Improvements & General Balancing:
- VIP users’ rainbow name is now displayed in PvP Battles
- Massive memory performance optimization. (Should now support older devices such as the iPhone 6)
- Common, Uncommon and Rare arena Pixelings are now farmable from story missions extra rewards
- Other quality of life improvements
Spell balancing changes
- Lightning: Damage reduced by 6%
- Thunder Strike: Damage reduced by 6%
- Flaming Bolt: Damage reduced by 8%
- Scorching Blast: Damage reduced by 8%
- Inferno: Damage reduced by 8%
- Poison Sting: mana cost decrease: 5 –> 4
- Mass Energize: mana cost decrease: 7 –> 6
- Mass Strengthen: mana cost decrease: 7 –> 6
Chest drops balancing changes
- Small Chest have reduced odds to drop rare and Mythic Eggs
- Medium chests have reduced odds to drop Rare and Mythic Eggs
- Large Chest have increased odds to drop Rare and Mythic Eggs
- Giant Chest have increased odds to drop Rare Eggs
- Market Giant Chest have increased odds to drop Rare eggs
